Search Reference
The following table can be used as a quick reference for searching in InfoPoint.

| Search text across all fields | Enter full words into the search bar | project meeting minutes |
| Ignore specific words in all fields | Prepend word with a dash | -draft |
| Search by a field | Enter your field name, followed by a colon and then the value | name: minutes |
| Search multiple fields | Enter your search terms, and optionally put keywords between them | name: minutes description: meeting minutes name: minutes AND description: meeting minutes |
| Negate a search term | Prepend the NOT keyword to your search term | NOT uploaded: "this month" |
